This is a RARE ORIGINAL UK DEMO / PROMO ONLY PRESSINGS OF THE PUNK single by THE CLASH from 1977, ORIGINAL UK FIRST DEMO PRESSINGS IN NEAR MINT CONDITION VINYL AND A MUST !!! This is a RARE and DIFFERENT VERSION then the official issue, as "LONDON CALLING" is the studio version and not the live version as was on the official release !!!
This is the RARE DEMO / PROMO ISSUE of the single "REMOTE CONTROL" as can be seen from the big A on side 1 and the "RELEASE DATE 13TH MAY, 1977" printed on side 1 label and "PROMOTION COPY NOT FOR SALE" printed on side 2 label. The single also have the serated edges and the matrix numbers are: CBS-S-5293 A-1 and CBS-S-5293 B-1. The single also comes with the ORIGINAL CBS COMPANY SLEEVE it was originally sent to radio stations in !!!
The single came out on CBS RECORDS, catalogue number S CBS 5293. The tracks are: REMOTE CONTROL / LONDON'S BURNING. This DEMO / PROMO single never came in a P/S only the CBS COMPANY SLEEVE and The condition is VINYL is EX++++++/MINT- (played ONCE !!!).
DON'T LET THIS RARE CLASH / PUNK DEMO 7" single get away as you will NEVER see another one especially in this condition.
