All items will now be sent by registered mail sighed for we have had to many items (lost in the post) over the last few weeks so this is the only way we can cover ourselves and you the buyer.
All overseas customers must email first unless you have previously purchased items from us before or we may cancel your bid again, this is in your and our interest and this is as per EBay policies.

All items must be returned in the condition they left us sealed records must be sent back sealed unless they are not as described or defective.
We grade all records visually any suspect records will be played and graded this way as well, if you are unsure ask for a play grade if possible we will.
We try to offer the best possible service and ask all buyers to mail first if there are any problems, we will sort it out in your favour, we have no reason to over describe records and give an honest opinion as if we were buying the record for ourselves.
