Grading standards for 7" records:
NM = appears new & unplayed EX+ = probably played once or twice, near new EX = may have very light marks that do not affect play VG+ = light marks, nothing deep, a decent copy that has been well cared for VG = scuffs or scratches that will probably be audible, and/or noticeable groove wear or other defects that affect play VG- = multiple scuffs/scratches that will cause a noticeable degradation of sound quality, but will not skip or repeat G = a damaged record that could serve as a place-keeper until a better copy is available
