What can I say about this outstanding song? It has to be a contender for the best jazz funk / disco fusion song of all time.
Vocals from the superb Randy Crawford, and artists in the band, such as Wilton Felder, Paulinho Da Costa, Arthur Adams, Robert Bryant Jnr. - and so many more.
I have never ever dee-jayed over the years and not filled every dance floor when I played this song.
This 12 inch vinyl single features the Full Length US Disco Mix, and it was released as a limited edition.
The vinyl record plays perfectly and sounds awesome through both sides
It is worthy of an Excellent grade, or above for sure and borders on a Near Mint, which we do not often award.
It's a pristine clean 12 Inch vinyl single, with only very few hairlines or marks.
The Single comes in its original sleeve, featuring the band on the front. The sleeve is in VG+ condition.
It does have some circular record imprint to the back, which is pretty much the norm on thin card sleeves over 40 years old.
There is a name written on the back, but as the sleeve is dark navy blue, it is hard to see.
There is some spine wear in the middle of that edge, but unlike albums, a lot of 12" singles do not have the record details on the spine.
A lovely vinyl record and a true Jazz Funk fusion classic.
Grading Vinyl
I use the Rare Record Guide for reference, as well as Discogs, and other sources of information, but also prefer to play all records wherever possible and not just to visually grade.

All my parcels are sent using a Signed For service. This will usually be Royal Mail
