Description
Disc condition: VG+ - Disc is flat to the deck, no dishing or warping. Visually with moderate spindle marks. Has a few light hairlines on the vinyl, well looked after. Plays with tiny bit of crackle and occasional tick here and there. Disc is nearer EX or VG++.
Sleeve condition: VG+ - Minor handling to the sleeve, soft crease top corner, and a couple of light edge creases. Spine lettering is all legible and hardly any wear to edges over all.

NB - so many vinyls from 1970's/80's suffer this problem usually from poor storage! Even new records can have this problem where the pressing plant has cut corners by not allowing vinyl enough time to cool down enough!
