Description

Up for auction is a rare original US Promotional Only Audiophile Pressing lp for THE CURE's classic album 'Disintegration' (Elektra 9 60855-1)

Vinyl is in excellent NEAR MINT/NEAR MINT- (NM/NM-) Condition!
LP labels have 'Promotional Only' printed on each side.
Glossy Album cover includes the original rarely seen 'cracked/spider web' effect which was only found on first pressing!!!
Album cover also has promo stamp on back cover of lp. There is a sticker on album cover which mentions that it is a high quality audiophile pressing edition!
There is a 'cut-out' indicator on side, though this was obviously more a Promo DJ/Radio Station edition. There is no radio station call letters or stickers on this!
Album is in original factory protective inner sleeve with liner notes and lyrics!
