THE CURE - VERY RARE GENUINE BBC ARCHIVE 7" - A FOREST.
Great condition, especially considering the number of times it would have been played by DJs on UK BBC Radio Stations. Well played with a couple of scratches on the run out groove.
Earlier last decade the BBC transferred their entire Gramophone Library to digital format rendering their whole library of original vinyl recordings redundant. A large part of the collection was sold off to private collectors. For sale here is one of the records that was previously part of the BBC's famous Gramophone Library that they sold off about 5 years ago. In days prior to the present digital age this actual record would have been played by DJs on local and national BBC radio stations helping push this historic track towards the top of the charts.
