Description

Absolutely gorgeous original 1985 copy of the Cure's The Head on the Door LP on Elektra ST-E-60435-1. This is the SRC mastering, pressed at the Allied Record Co. --many people say this is the best sounding pressing in the US. In any case it sounds incredible, as this copy is nearly pristine. The disc has one or two very light superficial sleeve scuffs but it plays completely flawlessly and just beautifully. Truly a glorious sounding copy. The cover is also nearly pristine with only a tiny bit of light shelfwear. The bottom two corners are very slightly bumped and there is very very light wear along the open edge. Also a faint and gentle crease near the lower right corner. Barely. This copy looks just beautiful. The original inner is also included, making this an absolutely top, top original copy.
