Up for auction is the vinyl 7" single
THE CURE 'Shake Dog Shake' b/w 'The Top'
(fiction records/POLYDOR Paris 881 058-7)
very rare french only promo

The record was released as a french promotional single in 1984 with promotional stickers on label and back cover. This record was never released commercially. It's been said, only a few hundred copies exist of this record.
 
This copy is in awesome condition and the vinyl itself looks absolutely stunning.

Side 1 runs perfect - as it looks (please see pictures below!!).

Side 2 looks almost as good as side 1, but has a small portion with some minor hairlines. Even though it looks that good, side 2 has some slight crackling. Maybe it's a question of cleaning.

The cover has a seam split on the top (see pictures below) circa 1 inch size, some minor wear and very light ring wear.
