Formed in the Summer 1965, The Daily Flash became Seattle's first alternative
psychedelic band. The band members were from very diverse backgrounds.
MacAllister had previously played with a bluegrass trio, The Willow Creek Ramblers,
which he had founded. Hastings was a red hot guitarist who'd briefly played in The Dynamics,
Keliehor was a classical percussionist and jazz drummer and Lalor, a New York
folk musician who had been a member of the San Francisco folk group, The Driftwood Singers
