First and foremost - this album plays the album 'ZONES' by Hawkwind - NOT The Damned's Phantasmagoria!!!

'Zones' was released in 1983 so how that image of Phantasmagoria ended up on this release I have NO idea - they might have had some albums left in 1985 and tested the print of The Damned's album?
So I would guess the pressing plant ran this as a test how the image of Phantasmagoria looks like?
Likely a ONE-OFF!
