THE DAMNED - STIFF SINGLES FOUR PACK - GRAB 2
Singles included - New Rose, Neat Neat Neat, Problem Child, Don't Cry Wolf.
Released in 1981, this is the special edition of the 1st four singles on Stiff Records packaged in a folded PVC wallet with repro sleeves and catalogue numbers.
New Rose has the solid centre. Small curved cut out on back cover. Narrow side edges so no 'Delga' credit. This version has a serrated ridge.
First the bad stuff. I haven't the records out of the plastic sleeve for years, but as I am selling I thought I'd better check the sleeve condition and vinyl. The vinyl on Neat Neat Neat has a crack in it. Blah! I've never noticed this before and don't have a clue how it has happened. All the other vinyl is in used condition. Lights scratches and maybe scuffing. I must say the New Rose vinyl looked quite good.
The labels are clean.
There are obviously Stiff repro sleeves. The Neat Neat Neat one is paper, not laminated card like the original release. All the sleeves are in good condition with very minor ring wear, edge and corner wear and no seam splits. The Don't Cry Wolf sleeve does have a very small tear and creasing at the opening. The creasing has occurred due to the plastic sleeve catching it as it is folded over. All the sleeves are bright and clean.
The heavy plastic wallet itself is in good condition. Some crinkling of the plastic and maybe a little age related discolouration. There is a very small split in the plastic on both sides where the tab folds over at the top.

Pity about the crack in Neat Neat Neat but none the less a great item and much sort after.
I will post this small parcels second class signed for and that is reflected in the postage cost. I could squeeze it into a large letter mailer but how safe it would be is another matter.
