CHISWICK LABEL 1980 FIRST UK PRESSING WITH SINGLE SLEEVE & BLACK INNERS IN EXCELLENT PLAYING CONDITION.

Released in 1980 on the CHISWICK label, I am offering today this original first UK pressing of this classic double album from UK punk legends THE DAMNED which is titled THE BLACK ALBUM. The album features 3 sides of studio work including the stunning CURTAIN CALL and a side of live material. The vinyl is very clean in excellent condition and plays nicely without any problems
The album comes complete with its original grave design single sleeve which is in VG condition, it shows some edge wear but has no splits stickers or unwanted writing etc and comes complete with its original black poly lined inner sleeves.
I have just played this through for these listing purposes and I am pleased to say that it plays well with absolutely no sticks or skips or nasty pops etc.
The VINYL, The vinyl visually and audibly is excellent. it plays nicely with absolutely no nasty sticks or skips etc.
The SLEEVE, The single sleeve is a reasonably clean VG example with no splits or stickers etc but shows some edge wear.
The LABELS, The black Chiswick labels are very clean, showing minimal spindle traces. Needless to say they are free from unwanted writing or stickers etc.
The INNERS, The black poly lined inners are both reasonably clean and free from unwanted writing etc but are lightly creased.
I try to be accurate in my grading as I know what its like to buy miss graded items but won't insult you by writing song lyrics etc. If you feel I have not described this correctly I am happy to refund you providing I receive the item back in the same condition as it leaves me, But I can only refund one lot of postage,
