Description

This is the original UK LP by THE DOORS, STRANGE DAYS, 1967 MONO 1st Press on the orange lightly textured ELEKTRA label EKL 4014, complete with the RARE original inner sleeve. Matrix numbers are, SIDE 1:- EKL 4014 A1,  SIDE 2:-  EKL 4014 B1.

The original 1967 UK Mono 1st issue fully laminated cover is in EX+++ condition, lovely and clean, their is no unwanted writing and no seam splits, the spine is fully intact and perfectly readable, the cover maintains all it's original colour, their is a little light lamiantion bubbling to the back, right hand side, nothing serious, and in no way visually intrusive.

The vinyl is in EX condition, maintaining all it's original shine and lustre, the vinyl plays EX+++, playing with crisp clear clarity, with only a hint of light crackle mainly inbetween tracks, the quality of this 1967 UK Mono 1st Pressing is of the highest standard!, SUPERB PRESSING.

The lightly textured orange Elektra label's are in EX+++/MINT- condition, lovely and clean and crisp, their is no unwanted writing and no scuffs, the spindal hole only shows minimal wear on side 1, the label's maintain their bright vibrant orange colour, beautiful label's.

The vinyl is housed in it's RARE original 1967 UK 1st issue inner sleeve, with a black and white picture on one side and the lyric's on the other side, the inner sleeve is in MINT- condition, beautiul condition!, lovely and clean and crisp, their is no unwanted writing and no seam splits, it would be graded MINT but for a little light creasing on the top left and right hand corners, WHAT A LOVELY INNER SLEEVE!, the best Iv'e ever seen!.

Altogether a GREAT copy of this original 1967 1st Press MONO LP by THE DOORS, STRANGE DAYS, complete with the RARE original inner sleeve.
