Elektra EKS 74007

Ultra rare 1967 UK stereo 1st press of the classic debut from The Doors. Mono copies seem much easier to find, but finding ANY copy as clean as this one is the real rarity.

Record Condition (visual):EX+ Great looking record with a beautiful shine and barely any wear, just a couple of very light scuffs. Both labels are clean and also look terrific.

Record Condition (sound): NM  Magnificent sound quality throughout, loud and clear. Even the long, quiet passages of 'The End' play incredibly. You will struggle to find another copy sounding this good.

Cover Condition: VG++ A fine looking, fully laminated MacNeil Press cover. There is a 1" tear on the back at the open side, visible just above Ray's eyebrows. That apart, some light edge/corner wear only. No seam or spine splits, no laminate lifting.
