Die cut "Cellophane Window" sleeve with rounded corners and yellow inner sleeve - some noticeable creasing to which and a 6cm seam split along the bottom of perimeter.

Outer Sleeve: Very Good (some noticeable edge-wear scuffing; nothing major, however)
Vinyl: Excellent (lovely glossy, clean vinyl)
