THE DOORS LP STRANGE DAYS (Elektra Records EKL-4014). Released 1967.
Original US pressing from 1967 in the hard-to-find "mono cover" with "mono" printed on front cover. Very engaging mono versions of these incredible songs by the Doors. Contains the original custom-printed inner sleeve (really nice shape) on heavy paper with lyrics & classic Doors photo.
Cover looks pretty good with just a moderate amount of ring wear, but no stains or seam splits or other major blemishes. An inaudible quarter-inch rubbing mark covers all of side A, but otherwise the surface looks quite decent with a little bit of hairline flecks of small consequence. (Etched matrix # "EKL 4014A (CP)")
DISC - VERY GOOD

COVER - VERY GOOD
Cover has no seam splits, stains, ink spills, smudges, bowing, writing, bubbles, or stickers. Medium amount of front ring wear & a little speckled rubbing. Virtually no back ring wear. Sharp print & nice color. The spine has a little edge waer & a half-inch incision, but the spine print is fully readable. Inner sleeve has two creases but no stains, writing, tears, or other marks. Label is nearly perfect. Beautiful unfaded color tone. No marks, cuts, tears, writing or stickers. Sharp cut hole free with a few faint spindle brushings.
