ELEKTRA LABEL 1970 FIRST US PRESSING WITH HARD CARD GATEFOLD SLEEVE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION.
EKS - 75007 STEREO
Released in 1970 on the first press red with white text ELEKTRA label, I am offering today this original 1970 first US pressing of this superb album by THE DOORS album titled "MORRISON HOTEL". The album was produced by Paul A Rothchild and the vinyl is in excellent condition showing just a couple of non audible scuffs and plays through with excellent audio and features some great tracks including ROADHOUSE BLUES and WAITING FOR THE SUN.
The album comes complete with its original hard card gatefold sleeve which is in very clean near excellent condition, it has no splits stickers or unwanted writing etc but it is showing some light wear to the edges is a wear to the edges and the spine. Overall a very presentable example.
I have just played this through for these listing purposes and it plays through well with excellent audio. Needless to say absolutely no sticks or skips etc. A very enjoyable listen.
The VINYL, The Vinyl visually shows a few light inaudible scuffs & audibly plays through with excellent audio and absolutely no nasty sticks or skips etc.
The SLEEVE, The hard card gatefold sleeve is in very clean near excellent condition. No splits stickers or unwanted writing etc but there is some mild edge wear.
The LABELS, The original first issue red Elektra labels are clean. Needless to say they are free from unwanted writing or stickers etc.
The INNER, The original generic white inner sleeve is quite clean and free from splits etc.
I try to be accurate in my grading as I know what its like to buy miss graded items but won't insult you by writing song lyrics etc. If you feel I have not described this correctly I am happy to refund you providing I receive the item back in the same condition as it leaves me, But I can only refund one lot of postage,
