Description

Vintage psych rock double-lp: THE DOORS - RESURRECTION - French Fan Club Release - not for sale in stores - Paris Records 7-3-71,  mono, 14 tracks, released in 1980. Sides one and two contain tracks taken from an Irish TV show ("The Doors Are Open") recorded at the  London Roundhouse in Sept 1968. Side three has 3 tracks recorded live in Stockholm, Sweden, in 1968. Side four has one more Stockholm  track, two tracks from the Jonathan Winters TV show (12-27-67), one track recorded at The Matrix on March 7, 1967 and one track recorded  in Miami on March 1, 1967 (that track is called "Miami Rap Excerpts" and is Morrison's "come up here and love me" speech that he gives as  he begins to expose himself). The back cover has two photos of Jim Morrison being arrested by police officers onstage in Miami at that  March 1st 1967 show.

Condition: EX/EX (vinyl is glossy and very nice with only some very minor surface scuffing - very close to NM; the labels are clean; the  jacket has minor rubbing to spine, a 4-inch not-quite-yet-split at left side of bottom edge, very light ringwear to back cover, minimal corner  rubbing).
