Description

  • Elektra Records EKL4007, this is an original US mono pressing - NOT a recent reissue - of the classic self titled debut album from The Doors. This pressing has EKL 4007 A (A) etched in the trail of of side 1, and EKL 4007 B (A) etched in the trail off of side 2. Jacket is VG++, showing some minor rubbing / ringwear and a lower right corner crease. Vinyl is a shiny and clean NM-/EX (excellent), showing a few minor paper/sleeve marks. Playback is solid throughout, while labels are crisp with no spindle wear. Original gold/white Elektra inner sleeve is also included in nice condition. First original mono pressing I have come across in years! NOTE: As of January 27th, US postal rates have increased. Buyers now pay $4.00 media shipping in the US, $21.00 first class mail overseas.
