Description
TITLE/ARTIST: This original, 1st pressing, 1967 LP release by the '60's super group, The Doors, is on the light brown, Electra Label and is in super nice condition in STEREO---still enclosed in it's original shrinkwrap, but opened. The album is self-entitled, "The Doors" and features 11 of the group's earliest songs---and even comes with the original Electra Records inner sleeve for all you purists out there. It is just one of many nicely conditioned LPs I'll be listing in the coming days/weeks ahead---including LPs by groups/artists like The Crests, The Drifters, and Dick Dale among others. As mentioned already, this LP is in super condition and features 11 great songs including, "Light My Fire (long version)", "Break On Through", and "Back Door Man" among others. In my opinion, the condition of both the vinyl and the jacket are both very nice, but please view the pics below, read about the LP's condition, and judge for yourself. LABEL INFO: It is on the original, 1st press, Electra Label, EKS-74007, in STEREO, and in my opinion, in beautiful shape as well. I don't even see many spindle marks around the center circle which indicates to me very little play. VINYL INFO: The vinyl is very shiny, clean and nice with nothing really negative to report---just a couple very light, and completely uneventful, surface/paper lines, but again, nothing serious. Otherwise, in my opinion, it is practically as nice as the day it was 1st purchased. JACKET INFO: Likewise, the jacket -- still in it's original shrinkwrap yet -- is also very good with no flaws in need of mentioning either. But, please view all the pictures below and judge everything for yourself. INTERESTING FACTS: You just don't see these 1960's LPs out there very much anymore, espiecally in this kind of great shape, so please have at it. In addition, I have listed---and will continue to do so---many other RnR/R&B LP's, EP's, and 45's by 1950-60's artists----and some C&W LPs/45's, too. I am selling off my personal collection, and there are many more records of all varieties to get to yet. Many of these still to be listed records are quite rare and hard to find, and most all of them are in near mint shape. So, please bookmark my site and check it out from time to time.
