THIS IS THE RARE JAPANESE PRESS 7" VINYL

COMES IN A UNIQUE  PICTURE SLEEVE, COMPLETELY DIFFERENT TO ANY OTHER RELEASE AND ABSOLUTELY SUPERB !!! IN ACTUAL FACT, I BELIEVE THIS WAS ONLY RELEASED IN JAPAN ?!

THE VINYL LOOKS EX, HOWEVER, IT DOES PLAY WITH MINOR "CRACKLE" SOUND. I WOULDN'T GRADE IT AS LOW AS "G" AS IT IS STILL VERY "LISTENABLE" !!

THE PICTURE SLEEVE HAS SOME WEAR AND RESIDUE MARK FROM A STICKER IN THE TOP RIGHT CORNER. I SUSPECT THIS STICKER WAS A "RADIO RENTAL" STICKER AND THAT WOULD EXPLAIN THE DETERIORATION IN THE SOUND QUALITY

"In The Heart" b/w "Power To Believe" is a non-album single from The Dream Academy that was issued in 1988, exclusively in Japan. 

The Song "In The Heart" later appeared on their final album "A Different Kind of Weather" new arranged and with little changed lyrics as "Lowlands". 

Songwriting credits here go to a "William Alexander", presumably a pseudonyme for Gilbert Alexander Gabriel (and Nick Laird-Clowes?), because "Lowlands" finally were credited to them... 

The Song "Power To Believe" was from the second album "Remembrance Days" (not mentioned on label)
