The Durutti Column are an English post-punk group formed in Manchester(1978).The group is a project of guitarist & occasional pianist Vini Reilly who is often accompanied by Bruce Mitchell on drums and Keir Stewart on bass,keyboards & harmonica.They were among the first acts signed to the famous Label : Factory Records founded by Tony Wilson. The name was derived from a misspelling of the Durutti Column,an anarchist military unit in the Spanish Civil War named after Buenaventura Durutti.
Vinyl in great shape,no hairlines,scuffs & plays nice on two sides!!! Cover have minor damage on a corners,minor folds,wears front/back due a storage. Nice copy!!!!
Original French pressing on Factory Records!!!!!...Hard to find!!!
