Very hard to find sweet soul 2 sider by The East 14th Street Band out of Oakland, CA. Overall this record is G+ with wear and marks. There are two scratches that go across “Now and Then” that provide clicks throughout the song however it tracks through. “Stepping Fast” starts off with some background noise but cleans up a bit to around a VG-. Definitely listen to the clips below for sound quality. The first song that plays in the clip is “Stepping Fast” followed by “Now and Then”.
