Description
My grading policy is the standard VG 6, VG+ 7, NM 8, M 9 and GEM 10. Any of the records I list with any of these grades will be excellent playing copies that will be more than satisfactory to serious collectors. All of my records have been stored in a dry, smoke free environment and protected in Japanese resealable sleeves. I ship with four sturdy flat inserts and new lp boxes. I pack with the thought that others would like to receive their rare records the way I like to receive them. Winners outside the United States will have to wait until I can determin a shipping BY AIR amount. I no longer ship to other countries by surface delivery because it takes a lifetime to arrive!! Since Ebay has a $4.00 limit on shipping, I will post and additional $4.00 charge for new packing material. DO NOT PAY UNTIL I HAVE SENT YOU AN INVOICE!!!
For your consideration, I am listing an excellent copy of the original first pressing "Crazy Little Mama" by the El Dorados' on VJLP 1001 with the thick silver band. The record has the two cuts by the Magnificents. Early thick and lustrus vinyl in a very respectable VG+ 7 condition. An excellent player with minimal background nose between the tracks. The labels are a beautiful NM 8. Just about perfect. The cover is in NM 8 condition with no shelf wear scratches. The seams and spine are fully intact. The upper left top seam has some beginnings of fraying, but not at all distracting. The back cover has very modest graying and some mild stains on the bottom. A very good overall copy of another difficult record to find, and a pleasure to listen to! You will be hard pressed to find another copy in better condition. These records are for serious collectors and come with a modest reserve, but in line with what one would expect for such a rare record. Those of you who have purchased my records before are aware that I grade honestly and do not deal in junk. In my opinion, if it isn't pleasing to hear, why own it? Please bid with confidence and ask questions at your convenience. Good luck with your bids, and best regards.
