This record is in excellent condition. It has a few spindle marks on the labels(pics) and there is a pen mark on side 1. However the worst of the damage is to the push-out centre on side 2. This is clearly visible in the picture above so please study these to see the extent of the scuffing to side 2. Other than this both sides have some very slight discolouring or grubbiness but nothing drastic. Despite the damage the jukebox centre is firmly in place and the centres are not loose.
As for the vinyl itself, both sides are remarkably clean with very little visible in normal light. There are minor wispy lines visible when viewed under bright light as to be expected with a record of this age, but there are not a huge amount of these and of course nothing remotely serious. The record has no scuffs or blemishes and has a beautiful vivid shine and is in superb condition for 49 years old.
I play tested the record and it plays really well. It lays flat but there is a hint of movement in the record arm on side 1. This isn't a warp and is very minor(can provide video if required) indeed and has no affect on the sound produced which is superb. Its crisp, clear and other than a miniscule trace in the run in/out has no interference or surface noise. There are of course no skips, sticks, annoying clicks or any other major issues. Its a really enjoyable audio experience and was a pleasure to play test such a rarity in such great shape.
The generic Deram company sleeve is in excellent condition with no splits or tears but some minor creasing and slight discolouring.
The record will be packaged carefully between cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic outer sleeve, within 24hrs of receiving payment to ensure the swift delivery.
