VERY RARE ORIGINAL 1966 FOUR TRACK EP IN FRONT LAMINATED FLIPBACK PICTURE SLEEVE.
The Eyes were a British Psychedelic Rock band, formed in 1964 and disbanded in 1967. During 1965 and 1966, they released a number of singles such as "When the Night Falls", "The Immediate Pleasure" and "I'm Rowed Out". The Eyes were Barry Allchin (bass), Brian Corcoran (drums), Phil Heatley (guitar), Chris Lovegrove (lead guitar) and Terry Nolder (vocals). The band evolved out of an outfit called The Renegades, an instrumental combo, who, when they added a vocalist, became known as Gerry Hart and The Hartbeats. The name change to The Eyes came during 1964. The Eyes made one of the most collectable EPs of the sixties era. The Arrival Of The Eyes was released in 1966, and contained both sides of their first two singles, "When The Night Falls" / "I'm Rowed Out" and "The Immediate Pleasure" / "My Degeneration". Rare Record Price Guide links the album A Tribute To The Rolling Stones, by The Pupils, with The Eyes - The Pupils being a likely pseudonym for "The Eyes".
The EP is on the Black with Siver Print **MERCURY** Record Labels. Both record labels are in undamaged Near Mint condition, beautiful clean record labels, showing only a couple of light signs of play to each centre.

Both sides of the immaculate vinyl EP are also in beautiful Near Mint condition, super clean and glossy surfaces with at most a couple of light superficial surface hairlines.
The EP plays without faults through all four tracks, with no clicks pops skips or distortion, a really great sound quality from this well cared for rarity.
The Picture Sleeve is a superb example in Excellent Plus condition. The sleeve is free from handwriting, tearing and seam splits, the reverse panel is very clean with just a little handling signs, otherwise a really nice sleeve..
