Description

This is THE FAIRHURST FAMILY "It Happened" LP, mega rare private 60s Xian Folk out of Canada.   Strange private pressing with the family all playing instruments and an almost pyschedlic type cover of a family portrait!!   The vinyl on this is low grade with several moderate marks/scratches, may affect playing, some label wear, faded some.  Cover displays well on front, does have some shelf/edge/corner wear & the back cover has some wear to paste over from sticker removal and some tape still stuck to upper right on back cover (see scan).  This is a great one for the cover collector or collector of obscure Xian records!!
