Description

Rare and beautiful original 1968 first pressing white label promo LP of The Fantastic Johnny C's Boogaloo Down Broadway on Phil-L.A SPLP-4000. "Audition Copy" stamped on the back and white promo labels. From the collection of a famed LA soul DJ who only played things a few times and kept them well cared-for for decades. This one has been sitting untouched on his shelf for over 40 years. Barely played and nearly mint. There are some light sleeve scuffs, maybe, but it plays flawlessly and beautifully. The cover has light shelfwear but no seam splits, dogears, or marks of any kind. A top original promo.
