THE FAUST TAPES ORIGINAL FIRST PRESS A1U/B1U MATRIX 1GD/1A STAMPERS Year:1973 Cat:Virgin VC501
- This is a rare opportunity to win a beautiful copy of this groundbreaking album!
- The famous single white cardboard sleeve featuring the Bridget Riley painting is flat and uncreased with virtually no signs of wear other than some slight grubbiness along the top of the front cover. All edges and sleeve opening totally unworn!. The spine is rigid and perfectly pinched at top and bottom. Please note the dark spot in the second pic is a shadow! Easily grades at least EX
- The plain Patents inner has a slight age browning to the edges and is graded EX-
- The disc itself has superb gloss and is completely unmarked, even under strong light.! The Virgin white labels are clean and bright with only a couple spindle trails showing this album has hardly been played. Visually graded Near Mint!
- When played it lives up to the visual grading with just a little static attracted dust on the leadins. No need to ever upgrade again. Playgrades Near Mint

My records are graded in accordance with Record Collector's Grading System as follows:
EXCELLENT (EX): The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD (VG): The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD (G): The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc
