Description

The Fireman - Strawberries Oceans Ships Forest

Rare original 1993 UK Parlophone Records limited edition DOUBLE 2 x CLEAR VINYL LP album housed in single glossy Red and Green sleeve.

This, the first Fireman album, was a result of Paul McCartney asking Youth to remix songs from McCartney’s then current “Off The Ground” album - but only allowing use of sounds that were found on that album (or on select other Paul McCartney recordings). Rather than doing direct remixes of specific tracks, Youth opted for deconstructing the album into samples, which, with Paul’s help, were built into new electronic soundscapes. Paul’s name does not appear on the album itself, but his involvement was later fully confirmed.

LP Sleeve : Very Good with a small split dent. Please read comments below and look at my pictures.

Please Note: The sleeve is slightly damaged on the front, near the lower left side, where there is a small indentation / split, otherwise is in very good + shape. This split may be repairable.

Both Plain White Inner Sleeves : Excellent
