Description

This 45rpm record is by the early fifties Chicago R&B singing group The Five C's. They sing a magnificent ballad "Tell Me" backed by "Whoo-Wee Baby". It was released in 1953 on United records U-172. Vinyl visually grades at vg but does have a pronounced heat warp. I played both sides at a recent record club meeting and the ballad side plays pretty well. The flip side plays with noticeable light crackle. This one is rare in any shape. Label has some wear and a tiny tear on the A side.
