Description
Here is the super rare Allied Records 1968 release of The Folklords - Release the Sunshine. This Canadian Psyche/folk release is a highly desirable piece of Canadian music history and is very difficult to locate these days. This particular copy is the only example of this lp that I have ever seen in my 30 years of record collecting. Unfortunately the record/sleeve do have some noticeable flaws so I will give the most accurate description I can. I am going to be overly critical as I don't want anyone to be disappointed with the condition. I do think the photos show the flaws perfectly though.
Sleeve
The Sleeve is in average condition. There actually isn't much edgewear but the sleeve is soiled on the front and back. There is a delete hole punched through the top left of the sleeve. There is a small pen mark on the front of the sleeve also.
The vinyl is good. I have play tested the lp and there are no skips but there is some audible noise in spots. There are no deep scratches and the vinyl is actually pretty nice. The marks that are on the vinyl look more like they were caused from removing the record from the sleeve.
Will ship to Europe but but cannot ship to France of Italy.
