THE FREAK SCENE – “Psychedelic Psoul” (1967) Columbia-2656 MONO original pressing with dj timing strip EX/Strong VG+ (cover/record)

Great and rare acid psych album led by ex-Deep founder Rusty Evans. This is his second project and very highly regarded with acid, punk, psych and some Middle Eastern moves. One of the genre’s most collectible records, and it rarely turns up in any condition, much less a nice copy like this..

This is an original copy. The cover has a cut corner at top left and a dj promo stamp in red ink on the back cover. The DJ timing strip has some small tears at a couple off the corners. Therre’s hardly any wear otherwise to the cover, and the back cover maintains its original crisp white color. The label is an original 360 arrows mono label. It has only the slightest scuffs and is really glossy and clean. This is a great copy. I grade this conservatively EX/Strong VG+ (cover/record).

I package all LPs securely in record mailers and remove the vinyl from the covers to prevent seam splits during mailing. I do not just stick your record in a priority mailer box from the post office or between two thin pieces of cardboard with no additional packaging materials like so many others!!!
