THE GAMES ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK LP PROMO COPY! VIKING STEREO SOSL 10091 SERIES 550 AUSTRALIA
Very rare soundtrack from the 1970 B movie The Games directed by Michael Winner. Top shelf jazzy orchestral score by Francis Lai and his orchestra. Contains the killer 7+ minute "Marathon Suite" a superb moody orchestral jazz piece with lots of mood and tempo changes and excellent arrangement. Other great music from brooding orchestral incidentals to easy funk with guest vocalists Barbara Moore on the track "Warm Summer Rain" and Elton John (mispelt Elton Johns on the cover) on the track "From Denver to L.A.". A great and rare one!
