Here is an early pressing of the Germs "FORMING" single on WHAT RECORDS ? The sleeve doesn't have the $1 offer on the back of the sleeve, making it a very early 2nd' printing. The disc has the labels reversed, and the black label on the other side and is the 2nd disc (1000 made, after the first 500.) Disc is EX/NM. Sleeve is VG+ with some light creasing and a tiny bit of price tag residue. Lyric sheet (corrected version without ASCAP mention) included too. VERY RARE AND IMPORTANT. Bought at Rhino Records, probably the first store in the world to carry this record.
