THE GERMS "FORMING" - SECOND PRESSING JULY 1977 

Rare original punk 45.  Some minor friction wear on cover, but in excellent shape overall (see pictures).


Record was played only a couple of times on audiophile equipment, a few decades ago. 


Original owner since 1977, has resided in my personal collection and been very well cared for.
