The record has minimal light/faint surface marks/paper scuffs(all barely noticeable hairline/superficial marks). Both labels have very minimal light spindle marks and the record grades excellent condition.
The main sleeve has very minimal edge wear along the bottom edge and the spine but there is a lot of edge wear along the top edge(see picture). Very minimal corner wear. Some minimal light ring wear/rubbing marks. No creasing. No splits and grades a strong very good condition.
