As Greece was one of the few countries all over the world where vinyl was still selling strong in the first half of the 90s, PolyGram - the local representative of Mercury in those days - got the rights to press a very limited edition of The Glory Of Gershwin compilation album on a two -vinyl record set thus making it the ONLY OTHER VINYL PRESSING of this release EVER along with Spain!

[notice: The Glory Of Gershwin was a tribute album realized in 1994 by various singers and performers - see details, below - in celebration of musician Larry Adler's 80th birthday; he is playing the harmonica on each of the songs, all of which are written by his lifelong friends George and Ira Gershwin and produced by the fifth Beatle George Martin!]

So, this is a fine copy of this ULTRA RARE original Greek issue with Cat 522 727 - 1 and Matrix Nos MER 526366 A 4069 [A side] / MER 526366 B 4069 [B side] / MER 526367 C 4070 [C side] / MER 526367D 40709 [D side, all machine - stamped] housed in a non - laminated single cover that contained the following tracks:

Grading:I use the GOLDMINE standards for grading STRICTLY & CONSERVATIVELY  the condition of the items listed. The grading is mostly visual, though I d? “spot check” each of the songs.
