Great debut album by the God Machine on the Fiction record label home of the CURE . For some bands it was just not the right time - The God Machine were undeservedly overlooked     From immense sounding distorted riffs to beautifully understated acoustic pieces this album is a bit of a classic.

The band, a trio consisting of Robin Propper Sheppard, Ron Austin and Jimmy Fernandez originally from California, came to London to record this album,US labels were a bit preoccupied at the time looking for the next Nirvana . Despite touring round the Uk and Europe, and releasing another criminally underrated album (One Last Laugh in a Place of Dying), they failed to receive the recognition they deserved. Tragically, bass player Jimmy Fernandez died of a brain haemorrhage whilst recording the second album.

Condition- 

Cover -A little less than Excellent  with a few creases noticable on the rear  Sleeve .Printed inner sleeves with lyrics in Excellent condition; Discs are both slightly less than Excellent condition- although vinyl is clean and shiny there are some  very faint minor marks giving the odd light crackle  occasionally  in the very quiet passages - But really this in Great shape for its age  .  You will be pleased to learn there is no reserve and a lowish starting bid -   Second Class Postage to a UK Address is  Included in the purchase price - but If you wish to pick the item up locally - I'll refund the Postage and Packing Costs   - £2.75  on this item .
