Description
This album is from my private collection, which I am now selling off, all of which I bought new back in the 60's, and onwards, and has not been played for at least 30 years, until now.
The flipback sleeve was designed by 'Ginger' Baker, and this release had the spelling of the band's name as 'ORGANIZATION' with a 'z' on the front, but 'ORGANISATION' with an 's' on the back!

There are some light scuffs and hairline scratches, when viewed under a LED light.
There is only a little static, and clicks and pops are minimal. There are a couple of tiny scratches that produce an audible click, but only for 3-4 revolutions. All of this does not distract from the overall great clear sound, considering the age of this LP. It has also retained a good gloss to the surface. There are no skips, jumps, or sticking.
The labels are in excellent condition, except for a name written in black (see photos). There is only a little spindle scuffing. No spindle hole wear.
The front of the laminated cover shows just a few light 5-10mm long creases around the edges, and a handling crease near the opening. The laminate is still good and glossy, and the spine is not worn, and the writing is clear. The corners have very little wear. The opening is a bit wrinkled, with some very light crushing of the edge, and age discolouration. The back cover of the sleeve has only some age related discolouration, but there is some black felt pen writing near the top left corner. There are no splits anywhere.
The inner sleeve is the original paper sleeve , and is only discoloured with age, and hardly any creasing. No splits.
