THE GRATEFUL DEAD GRATEFUL DEAD Europe '72 hails from 2011 and is a SEALED U.S. of the 1972 17-track triple live 180gram LP set, tri-fold cartoon picture sleeve (marked UPC). Nearly 40 years ago, the Grateful Dead released Europe ’72, a triple live album documenting their historic trek across Europe. It became not only one of the band’s best-selling releases, but also set the gold standard for live Dead. Comes in original replica packaging, featuring the iconic artwork of Alton Kelley and Stanley Mouse as well as an 8 page booklet. Pressed at RTI, the lacquers were cut from the original analog album masters by Chris Bellman at Bernie Grundman Mastering.
