the groop the best & the rest 1965-1969 extremely rare, original 1989 CBS Records, Australian(Melbourne band) 20 track lp.
the groop were tagged as having that "Melbourne " sound and combined folk, rhythm & blues , rock'n roll and a black sense of humour and their recordings cannot be overlooked for their immense contributions to Australian rock history.
although best & the rest was the last official lp released on vinyl by the band, it is probably one of the hardest to find these days due to it selling very poorly.it hardly ever turns up for sale.
the record sleeve is in overall excellent+ condition.
there is no writing, rips or tears etc to the sleeve.it has some light wear, with some small very minor spine/corner creasing
there are no seam splits.
the vinyl is in overall excellent+ to mint- condition and plays beautifully.it has the odd extremely small minor fine hairline.........over all as near to perfect as you are ever going to find a copy of this amazing record.good luck finding one in any sort of condition...let alone one in this condition.they just don't come up for sale.if you have any questions please ask
