Mainstream Stereo LP S/6108

Side A:  EX 

Side B:  VG some marks that look worse than they sound.  I played it and it sounds great!  There was not a single tick anywhere.

Cover still in the ORIGINAL SHRINKWRAP complete on the front but not on the back.  The original price sticker is still on the shrink.  Cover has a bullethole that is almost invisible on the front and a light crease in the upper left corner.  Still looks great!
