1967/Cdn/Trans World TW-6701.....here's an original pressing of this great and ultra rare lp, the tracks are: 1-2-5; Shake; Horror Show; Untie Me, Out of Time; Searching for my Baby; A Message to Pretty; Twist; and St-Louis Blues, the cover is solid but has some wear and tear, there is number 233 written in pen at the top left above WORLD, the front cover has some light wear and soiling, , the back cover has wear and soiling, there is an x mark beside the first track on each side, the spine is solid, the bottom seam has a 5" split from the spine, there is some paper missing, there is a small cut on the bottom seam near the opening, the paper is missing on the seam from the cut to the opening, approx 3/4", the top seam has 1" wear at both ends and the paper is missing, and a couple of other very small spots, the record as well has had lots of wear and tear, but I think most scratches came from being around without an inner sleeve, side 1 has lots of light scuffs and scratches, this is a deep groove pressing and the fidelity is awesome, side one plays excellent with light crackle between tracks, there are a few spots of light noise but nothing loud, the fidelity and punch is incredible, I played it on a Rega 3 and a Linn both with excellent results, and I used full treble on my pre-amp, side 2 suffers from some pretty heavy scratches and looks rougher than side one, throughout side two there is a low level constant light crackle, there are some ticks at cue into "Out of Time" and here and there but again the fidelity is really great, it's not a top copy but it's one you can take of the shelf without being nervous about damaging it, the damage has been done on this one so enjoy it!, with this low opening bid this record will really make someone happy!, please check my auctions for other folk, psych and rock lp's, good luck and thanks for looking!
