On securing a successful winning bid please ignore the automatic request to pay for goods and wait until my invoice is received before making payment. If you are planning to bid on any other items I've listed please let me know so that I can delay invoice. All invoices must be paid within 48 Hrs of receipt of invoice.
PayPal is my preferred form of payment, anyone bidding from outside of the UK must pay through PayPal. Payment must be recieved in Pound Sterling and it is the responsibility of the buyer to perform and pay for currency conversion. It is the responsibility of the buyer to be aware of pay any and all customs charges and handling fees that may be imposed by their country of residence.
Standard post comes with limited insurance including P&P, should any sale exceed £41 the extra postal insurance costs will be added to the cost of p&p. I will not post items that do not have enough insurace cover.
Great care is taken when packaging and sending my items. My items are sent in protective plastic sleeves, within a larger, cardboard cruciform mailer with extra stiffners, ( where appropriate the record is taken out of its picture sleeve and placed into a plain sleeve, to avoid cover damage in transit ).
Positive feedback will be left once confirmation of receipt of goods is received.
Record Collector Magazine's Grading Guide:
"MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and / or defaced.
POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler."
