Description

This auction is for a 10" Groovesville acetate of The Hollidays "I Lost You."    
It is almost identical to the release version, to my ears, except that the horns and vibes are more muted and lower in the mix, and the vocal is even more prominent than on the Groove City release.    Found from the estate of Don Davis in Detroit from a family member.  

Acetate is in VG condition; plays well with normal stylus weight (about 2 grams.)  There are some  spider cracks in the shellac beginning to form, but nothing has chipped on the play side.   Most of  the spider cracking is in the dead 'wax' (shellac) before the grooves begin.   Torn hand typed original 60's label has been glued back on.
