THE HOLLIES “Stay With the Hollies” orig  Canadian Capitol 6000 T-6073

1964/Cdn/Capitol T-6073…..here’s a nice original Canadian only pressing of their rare 1st lp. The cover and track listing are totally different on this issue. The cover is solid VG+ condition, the front is clean and bright with little wear, the white outer edges and white back are aged some as you can see from the pictures. There is a bit of light corner wear. The cover is free of splits, delete, writing or other issues and looks nice. The vinyl is in strong VG++ condition with a handful of very light inaudible hairline scratches and some sleeve impression/staining on the vinyl which also has no effect on playback. The mono record plays clean with little noise between tracks. The labels are clean with a couple of light spindle marks. A very nice copy of this very rare record that seldom shows up this clean! Also includes the original Capitol inner sleeve that has a bit of aging, a 1" split on one side and a corner crease. Please check my auctions for other rock, beat, psych and various other lp’s. "Stay With The Hollies", was The Hollies' first Canadian LP released in July 1964 on Capitol 6073. The album is very different from its US component, "Here I Go Again" on Imperial, and the original UK release, Stay with the Hollies (same title). The album was compiled and supervised by Paul White for release in Canada. The LP came out on the famous Capitol 6000 label, a label only available in Canada that released mainly British artists' recordings.

MINT: as stated with no defects

M- OR NEAR MINT: as stated near Mint!, or Mint Minus, same thing, very clean with no defect to sound or visual appearance, one scuff or mark may be permitted but it will be mentioned in the description, a near Mint record looks and plays very clean

EXCELLENT: not much below near Mint, may have a delete hole and/or a minor defect or two not visually detracting from the cover, the vinyl will appear shiny and in clean condition with very minor defects not affecting the sound, still very clean and very collectable!

VG++ still a very nice copy with minimal cover wear and/or delete/splits, still visually appealing, the vinyl will retain it's original gloss and can have some minor scuffs/scratches that don't affect play very much

VG+ a little more cover/ring wear and delete, splits etc., the vinyl will still retain much original gloss with a bit more scuffs and/or scratches I may list a very rare or desirable item with a lower grade, I will try to list all defects, both cover and vinyl no matter the condition, I also play grade the records on high end equipment and will give an honest play grade as well as visual grade, considering the number of records I buy on line my grading is very conservative and fair.

AIR POSTAGE TO USA IS $10 ...OR $8 SURFACE IF THE PACKAGE WEIGHS LESS THAN 500 GRAMS(one regular weight pressing).........USA AIR POSTAGE FROM 500 GRAMS TO 1 KILO IS $15 AND SURFACE MAIL IS $12(usually 1-3 lp’s depending on individual weight), I can also send heavier packages to the USA by expedited surface mail, this option includes a tracking number and free insurance up to $100 for $15 to $20 depending on weight, insurance over $100 is $1.00 for each additional hundred dollars.

INTERNATIONAL AIR POSTAGE(depending on destination) UNDER 500 grams is $17 to $20(one regular weight lp), OVER 500 grams is $30 to $36(usually up to 3 lp’s depending on individual weight), SURFACE MAIL IS AVAILABLE OVERSEAS for  $12(500 grams) $15 (500 - 1000 g),OVERSEAS AIR POSTAGE BETWEEN 1000g AND 2000g (usually between 3 and 6 lp’s depending on individual weight) is $49 to $55.
