STONKING, RIP-ROARING REVVED-UP PSYCH MONSTER!!
Hello!! This is the real deal - and long-known excellent 'B' side 'GREY' is what it's all about.
HOW did someone even think to put these tracks this way around? Elephant Rider is a flip, all day long, and GREY is a wonderful mind-spinner - TOP NOTCH for psych disco time, a tremendous dancer without a doubt, and catchy as all heck!! Whew, play it again Samson, Delilah is flashing her lashes to Go-Go wild on that dancefloor.
Opening with a rat-tat (snare) drum that clearly was getting nicely punished, dynamite double-tracked vocals, and a bass combined with lead that kills all known germs.
Biff, Bang, POW!! and with POWer chords that rock.
No overstatement here, and really - you surely know this single by it's renown, by now.
Yours? Maybe, but this is seen 'few and far between'.
The vinyl is in sparkling NEAR MINT- condition, clear and shining, a nice player...
but - with a short scratch on the intro groove that sounds slightly 3 revolutions into the track 'Grey'. Otherwise this single is in supreme condition!
The lables show very little sign of handling or wear, EX
