WOW WHAT A FIND !!!  This is a RARE ORIGINAL, UNRELEASED and probably NEVER BEFORE HEARD, UK - SUGARTOWN MUSIC / UNITED ARTISTS MUSIC - 2 UNRELEASED DEMOS ONLY, DOUBLE SIDED PSYCH / BLUES ACETATE PRESSING by THE IDLE RACE from 1969 / 1970, ORIGINAL UK UNRELEASED DEMOS ACETATE PRESSING IN AMAZING CONDITION !!!
WOW, this is a REAL FIND, a DOUBLE SIDED 1969 / 1970 UNRELEASED, NEVER BEFORE HEARD, 2 DEMOS ONLY PUBLISHING ACETATE from THE IDLE RACE !!! As far as I could find out, these were 2 UNRELEASED and UNUSED DEMO TRACKS for the IDLE RACE final album in 1971 “TIME IS” and you can hear these are only very early stage rough demos !!! THE IDLE RACE included in their earlier line-up JEFF LYNNE who by this time left to join THE MOVE and later on went to form ELO / ELECTRIC LIGHT ORCHESTRA !!! This was a SUGARTOWN MUSIC PUBLISHING ACETATE (which I have bought the library of). SUGARTOWN MUSIC were ONLY the publishers for THE IDLE RACE and JEFF LYNNE (both in THE IDLE RACE, THE MOVE and early ELO / ELECTRIC LIGHT ORCHESTRA) and did NOT publish any other artists !!! It was also run by THE IDLE RACE’s manager Ray Williams, and SUGARTOWN MUSIC was signed and run by UNITED ARTISTS MUSIC which this ACETATE came from their library which I bought, and you can see the library number 383 written on the label !!!

The ACETATE was pressed by SUGARTOWN MUSIC / UNITED ARTISTS MUSIC PUBLISHING.
The condition of the ACETATE is in EX+ / EX++ condition (PROBABLY UNPLAYED UNTIL NOW, AMAZING CONDITION for this age acetate, light scuffs and marks only, plays great with only mild crackle as ACETATES tend to have) !!!
